Return Policy
At Aqua, Inc., we stand behind our merchandise 100%.
When returning items:
- All returned items must be in the original packaging.
- Any items returned for reasons other than defects must be unused
and in the original packaging.
- We will not give any refunds for returned merchandise. We offer
you the option of exchanging merchandise for the current list
price or a store credit valid for 1 year after the purchase date.
- If you have received a defective item from us, please return
the merchandise and a copy of your invoice. Please inform us which
you prefer: a replacement item or a store credit for the defective
merchandise.
For orders that are damaged in shipping:
Please notify us immediately so we can take the proper steps to
replace the damaged merchandise. If you have questions about a return,

guarantee. When you are shopping at Aqua, Inc., you are shopping

the Property Sheet window that appears, select the Certificates

in our secure order area, right-click (control-click on the Macintosh)
on the bottom portion of one of our checkout pages and select the

We are so confident that your information cannot be compromised
as a result of shopping at Aqua, Inc., we guarantee your protection
in the event of unauthorized interception and use of your credit
card. If you think your credit card has been compromised as a result
of shopping at Aqua, Inc., please contact your credit card provider
immediately. Most banks either cover all charges, or limit your
liability to $50. We guarantee that if your card was compromised
as a result of shopping at Aqua, Inc. and your bank does not cover
all charges, we will compensate you for the amount of your liability,
up to $50.
Shipping Policy
Rates may change
We currently ship to street addresses (all shipping methods), P.O.
boxes within the 50 United States (standard shipping only), and
to APO/FPO U.S. Military addresses (standard shipping only). Packages
sent to military addresses may be delayed by military mail handling.
Packages over 20 pounds may require additional shipping time. We
do not ship internationally or to the U.S. territories.
3-day, 2-day or overnight order processing
- Orders received before 5 p.m. Eastern Time Monday through Friday
will be processed the same day. Orders received after 5 p.m. Eastern
Time will be processed the next day. Orders received after 5 p.m.
Eastern Time Friday, Saturday, or on Sunday will be processed
on Monday.
- Our transportation partners do not process orders on the weekend.
Therefore, if you place an order after 5 p.m. Eastern Time on
Friday, you may experience a delay between your order shipped
confirmation email and the actual shipment of your order.
Weekend delivery
Overnight, 2-day, and 3-day packages are delivered Monday through
Friday only.
Alaska and Hawaii
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may require an additional one to two
days.
